This company used my credit card info fradulantly after telling me they only wanted my credit card info to verify my age

This company must have gotten my credit card info from a adult web site that asked me to give them credit card info to verify I was 18. The charge of 38.72 was found on my credit card statement, with a number that was not theres, but net detectives.
