I was told back when i got my internet that i would get a 100.00 rebate from them when i paid my 10.00 a month for 10 months on my modem, i called for my rebate now they claim they can not do it because i did not claim it the 1st four months i had service with them. If i had known i would have done it but was not told that by the rep. Another att scam.
