Well just like many other people who wanted to benefit from carleton sheet's I made the call after seeing the TV program. I only wanted the CD's, but it did not stop them to try to sell me and subscribe me to like 10 different offers. I say NO! To all & keep repeating (I only want the CD).
Well seen all the rest of the complains in here I feel Lucky they only charge me for the CD's. I received my package in the mail, I opened and put the first CD. Immediately I notice it wasn't for me. So I called the professional Education Institute to get instructions to send the package back, they said "return it to the same address as the return address" nothing else. So the very next day I put it back on the same box to the address instructed using regular mail, I remember it cost me about $10.00 of stamps to ship it back.
They have charged my credit card the full amount of the CD's at the time. So in a few days after I send the package, I called to see if they had received it and indeed they received it. So at this time they refund everything back to me. (Good) I thought!
Next month I see a charge on my credit card for 27.73 I called them immediately. They say "it was because package did not weigh the same as when they send it" This was a lie, I had shipped everything back. Since I had used regular mail I did not have a receipt for the weight. Well I though this was it this was the price I had to pay for not been smart.
The very next month BIN BANG! Again another charge. Well Well Well I called again what is goin on? They say I now owe 55.47 more to be charged in the future. So I say you guys claim package did not weigh the same when you received it, then send me back the box with the stamps on it, and the post office will tell how much weight was inside. But they never send it back. Well I wasn't going to permit them to steal any more from me right on my face. So I cancelled the credit card. The next month I started to get the bill being sent to collections.
Well I send them a nice note like this one, complaining about their scam to rip people off. They immediately sent me to collections agency. So now I am trying to put a real complain everywhere I can to show the world their true Scam and how they Rip Off people.
Don't ever buy anything from carleton sheets not the professional education institute!
