I was ripped off by a TV broadcast, How To Buy Your First Home or Investment Property with No Down Payment with Carleton H. Sheets Program, They say no down payment if you buy their program but when you get it for approximately $300.00 you are give a partner to help you but the first thing that come out of your guides mouth is fo you have any earnest money? In the amount of $3,000 or more. Or in your pocket, and How is your credit ratings? You must have money to invest on fixing up and maintaining the property you find. Or to have it in case you need it. I sacrificed the $300.00 if you know what I mean. What happened to No Down Payment? Thanks for consumer complaintss.
