Carleton Sheet's Real Estate/The Professional Education Institute, by far is not an honest company regarding their return policy.
I ordered the product in late July, not receiving the product until mid August (August 18th to be exact). Their return policy is a total of 45 days, and I was not told about the $544.00 that I would have to pay by credit card when ordering it. I returned the product back to them on by postmark return receipt of September 27. I received a letter from them, that they received it on 10/7, which the post office verified that they received it on 10/3 at 12:13 pm, which was within the return policy of 45 days (weekends are not considered actual business days).
The Professional Education Institute, also said that they would be "HAPPY TO SHIP THEM BACK TO ME AT MY EXPENSE". This is not a company with a good standing on their return policy. I would not recommend anyone ordering anything from them, unless you are very aware UP FRONT of their return policy, and if you are going to return ANYTHING, make sure you get a delivery confirmation AND you know your states laws.
