Complaint:
This company told me I was approved for a credit line of 3000, with a Mastercard from Bank of America. On March 20th, I call the customer service line at 1-866-426-3170, to see why the money was not taken from the account. Thru talking with there people I was told that I was not going to recieve a credit card, that I must apply to the them. The story totally changes from the seller, to there customer service lines.
Apon figuring this out, I told them that I wanted to cancel the account, and want a refund of my money and the will not do it. First I am told to call my bank and put a stop on the tranaction, when I call my bank I am told that they must perform the stop action. I call them back and they refuse to let me talk to anyone in billing, and I must wait the 21day to recive there package and return it. If you ever recive it. This company is is praying on people who are trying to fix their credit, just to take there money. I will have to perform a ACH Return of the money thru my bank, which now is going to take a few weeks to get it returned.
Can someone please help.

This company is committing fraud. And taking personal information from people. If they are misrepresenting them selfs. What else is happening to this information? Something should be done. I have notice that is company has never reported to the BBB, when requested. Why not, and why has no action been taken?
