I received a message on my face book page about 3 weeks ago to participate in a survey to receive a gift card in the amount of $200 to several different places such as Best Buy Wal Mart etc. After going through several offers I arrived at an offer for this teeth whitening product that got my attention and it said free trail offer. It asked for credit card information like many offers do. However after putting my card information and reading some the small print, I decided not to go further with the survey and exited the page before authorizing the transaction. About 5 days later I received a phone call verifying this order in which I refused over the phone. The agent on the phone replied that she could not cancel the order at that time to which I answered what order? So needless to the box showed up about 2 days after this call. As of this morning a charge for $78.41 posted to account. I called the company's number listed on their website and spoke with a customer service person who said she could refund $45 of the $74.81 or I could return the unopened product and get a $60 credit. Of course I would have to pay to ship it back! What a scam this is!
