I am so mad after a call to T-Mobile about a rebate issue if I could cancel I would. It's not so much they are ripping me off $100.00 but the language in the background of the phone call. The other operator were laughing and making fun of what people say to them on the phone. Evening having the nerve to laugh at a man calling for help after losing his wife to cancer!!! I can not believe a company allows this! I could clearly hear 3 employees laughing in the background about how they "fu_k" sorry their words not mine people over. Isn't that a lovely thing to hear on a customer service line!!!
