Mr. Transmission is a rip off I agreed to get my truck fix with a 2 year or 24 month warranty but went I went to pick up my vehicle they put down that he was only going to give me a 3 month warranty. I went round and round with this guy Steve Bartlett only to end up calling the police. I found out according to Florida statue 559.901 Fl law requires a written estimate even if they are not sure of the exact cost of the repair. The police were called and the officer told the store manager Steve he needed to give me something in written with the estimate and a break down of the repair he refused and stated he would not give me anything until I paid.
This was because in order for me to file a bond again him for the services I need a repair order with an est on it and he knew that I could not do anything to him without this. I have file complains through Fl. Dept of Agriculure ans Consumer Services, Consumer Affairs, Better Business Bureau and the home office for Mr. Transmission. This guy is BAD NEWS just like the officer told me do not use this shop for Mr. Transmission located at 583 Blanding Blvd. Orange Park, Fl 32073 904-272-7600.
