I purchased the carpet within one month it was all matted down and shedding. It looked older than the 20 year old carpet they took out. They refuse to honor the warranty. Ifeel completely taken

Instead of addressing the warranty for their carpet they sent me to the retail store to handle. Of course they can't do anything about the carpet manufacturer's warranty

Bad business practice. This company will not honor warranty. My carpet actually has to be ripped up less than 3 months after installation. A 12 x 18 room cost me $900, and the carpet is bad!
