Purchased and had Mohawk carpet professionally installed. Only my wife and I live here, we are not hard on the carpet at all, it has worn and matted down badly after only 1 year. I have spent the last 8 months trying to get someone at Mohawk Industries to return my call or my emails as to what type of warranty I have. I got one response in the beginning that said they were forwarding my complaint to the correct person and I have never heard from them again. Carpet looks awful, the carpet I replaced looked better after 10 years! Total junk!!!
