I have been working with with nincompoop Hewitt Resource temporary contractors on getting a number of FSA purchases from 2010 and 2011 through their severely mismanaged bureaucratic approval process. As the opportunity to get 2010 items approved closes on 06/30, I have been spending an undue number of work HOURS to get these approved. I have one larger dollar amount item that seems like it will never get approved. Every time I submit the NEW requirements asked for by yet another offshore (code for Indian that does not speak english very well and is not trained well) agent, the next agent asks for something new that was not previously ask for.
The company that I work for used to use ADP before Hewitt. ADP used employees not offshore contractors and ADP employees were helpful and well trained. ADP's processes were not painful and seemingly unending and bureaucratic. Any HR manager considering using Hewitt should stop immediately. Any monies saved by using Hewitt will be lost though the use of productive business hours of employees jumping through hoops for Hewitt agents trying to get their FSA purchases approved by Hewitt's offshore contractors who have absolutely no idea what their job is or role should be. If Hewitt Resources tries to solicit your business for HR services, hang up immediately and save your company some real money and go to ADP. ADP will not waste you employees time or efforts...
