My wife filled out a government grant form, and 3 months later got a call from a guy claiming to be from Washington DC government grant department. He told her she was approved for the government grant and gave her a file#162RCN, Then told her that they went through a private funding group on the west coast to dispatch the funds. The company he told her was CIRIKIS FUNDING GROUP in San Jose CA. We contacted them and they told us it would be $465.00 to write and process the grant proposal, and that they did not handle the funds that it should be sent directly to the grant writer which they Named as Rachell Francis in San Jose CA. She sent the money to this Rachell Francis to (Personal Info Removed). Then Mark Strole or AKA. Richard Clark contacted us and told us that he would be sending a package to sign and date and mail back and the funds for the grant would be here in the end of July. We have heard nothing since, tried the 411 and the only rachell francis registered in the whole U.S. Is in Placerville Ca but also resided in San Jose and Lakewood Fl. So here we are hoping to get some justice.
