A woman named kim brown called me from washington, dc (Personal Info Removed) stating that i had qualified for a small business government grant and gave me a case number then referred me to a certified grant writer named steven mcdaniels who works for a company in florida called florida state financial planners. He said they have a 97 percent success rate in helping people to get government grants. He then told me that i needed to send a bank check to a woman named rachell francis, make sure i write the government contract #pty5186 on the check and mail it to Florida State Financial Planners, contract number pty5186,2250 nw 114th ave, unit 1p, Miami, fl, 33172. He said out next conversation would be on november 11- 18th. He has not returned my calls. I remembered I had Kim Browns number and started cross referencing the information when I found that this is a scam across the country.
