On 6/20 A man from this company called me and told me I was approved for a $3,000.00 Personal loan. I did put in for a loan on the net but I do not remember the company name so when I got the call I beleaved it was them. I talked to him and he said that the loan was for 2 years at 5.75% and mounthly payments of $130.00 But my credit was no to good so they reqierd me to but down the 1st and last maymen total$260.00 I agreed and he faxed me the loan agreement with all the documents to suport it in detail and it looked lagitament so I signed the documents and faxed them back Kevin told me to send the money by western union it is faster to a man named Marco Mebiala In ontario canida I did ask him why this is a US compeny I was sending the money to canida he told me that is whar the prosecing center is he said I could send the $260.00 and take out the cost of sending it and they would add it to my bill so I barrowed the money from a friend and told him that I would have it back in less then 1 hr that is what i was told after i sent the money I did't here from any one the rest of the day and I called over and over. The next day I called and called till I got a answer and a woman told me that I had to send in another $260.00 I did't like it but I Barrowed the money agen and sent it agen I did not get no call to tell me the money was wired to me. So I called and called and got nothing but voice mail every time. The next day on 6/22 I started calling at 9:00 am and finaly got them to answer that after noon and I was told they needed another $400.00 for closing by this time i was so deep into it I fell for it agen and sent the $400.00 I was promised just like befor I would have my $3000.00 Via western union withen 20 min after i called with the MTCN # after I did that the same thing happend then on 6/23 I started calling agen at 9:00 am and got no answer so I started calling both phone # every 5 min and telling them they needed to call me finaly after 4 or 5 hrs I got a answer I was told at that time my loan was on hold? He said for taxes I had to pay $150.00 for the loan to be released that is when I finaly just told Him I dont want the loan I just want a refund he told me I can not get a refund till I paid the $150.00 to get it out of prosesing I told him that just was not going to happen he said then I just wont get the loan or a refund I then told hime I Will never give up and i will take all the nesisary actins to get the refund and the cost of the pain and suffering my family has gone thrugh we lost our furniture, going to loos our Electric on 6/27 and our car on 6/30 and our house on some time around 7/5 that is what all this money and the loan was supos to go on If you would like a coppy of all the documents including the loan agreement and the western union recepts just send me some proof of your leagal information by email of fax and when I check you out I will be more then happy to email of fax them to you. Im sorry I have to ask for your crudential but I am now scared of every one and will never give up any thing with out checking out first I hope you understand. Thank you.
