First I was asked to sign up for free and then I found that, somehow, I was charged $99 in the process, not once but twice. I telephoned the company and they reversed one of the charges. Then I acutally won an auction and paid $12.98 for the product, which included shipping. That was almost a month ago—still no product. I have called and e-mailed numerous times and am always told to be patient—they are backlogged. I have a shipping number now, but that thas been available for weeks—still not product.
