I went to the website and it i thought like amazon i was just providing my info for easier navigation. Next thing i know thye charged my account for $99. I called the customer service number and some lady picked up with a southern accent and she kept insisting that the $99 were on the page and it wasn't there or i would not have joined the webcite. She claimed that they had a strict non-refund policy and i tried to tell her that the money was not there but she hang up on me and when i called again no one answered HELP!!!
