I was looking for a nook color online and when I typed it in google bidrack came up as a place with a cheap price. I thought I was just signing up for the site, like amazon or ebay or any other site that sells things. I put in my information and when I got to my credit card info it said it was to save time if I won anything. Nowhere did it ever say I was purchasing anything and I never got a receipt page that every other website has so I figured it was now just in the system.
The next day I looked at my online banking information and I had a charge of $99.00 to my card from bidrack.com. I tried calling their 24/7 customer support which no one ever answered and I sat on hold for an hour. I finally just sent them an email saying I want my money back and my account canceled immediately. They now say my account is in the process of being cancelled, but never responded to my desire for a refund of this scam. Any help in getting my $99.00 back would be greatly appreciated.
