My daughter wanted to try the samples, they were free except shipping and handling, we never received any samples. One week later I found that they charged my account $84.90, which I did not authorize, and then received two bottles 2 weeks after that, which I didn't order! When I called the number that my financial institute gave me I was redirected to a web site that is basically a customer service page.
After e-mailing them my complaint they canceled the account and proceeded to give me instruction on how to get $60.00 of my money back, which I have yet to see! I had to give them a RGA number and return certified mail, that was one month ago and suprise still no refund! I was able to get the web page one last time to complain about the fact that I should have had my refund by now and they sent me a noreply e-mail that they had to review the details and this could take 3-5 days. When I sent the product back certified mail I sent it 2 day Mail, so why they were dragging their feet I don't know. They are scamming people left and right.
I had to cancel my account except to deposits in the hope that they are actually going to refund my money, I had to open a new account and pay for new cards thanks to this company, and it has benn a month or so and I haven't seen or heard anything from this company, so I have basically have written off any monies they owe me until I get legal, and State police help, which probably won't get me anywhere except more money spent because of this company!!
