I ordered one gift card. Got a screen that said it did not process, so i placed the order again. I immediately tried to call and cancel duplicate order but they said both cards had to ship. Now, I have to contact my gift recipient to tell him that one card is not his. This puts me in a very uncomfortable position. Shame on AMEX for not trying to rectify situation for me.
