Eva is the person in the front desk. Evrytime a white person goes into the office she becomes very agitated and abrasive. She argues and grills you about you personnel information making you feel like your lying.
She always comments about having a wrong appt code, even though you dont make the appt schedule. She is rude about asking for information regarding your appt. Never welcomes you. Only time she smiles is when she sees that your nationality is hispanic. When she deals with the hispanic person she talks nicely, calmly and helps you right away, she doesnt grill her hispanic appointments.
Another girl, alos white, had to wait approx 2 hours to complete her appointment when others (hispanics) walked in got their situation taken care of then sent on their way while this girl still waited.
All the publications to take home for gov programs are in spanish. Im not racist and usually dont care but when there isnt equal treatment in a government office I consider it unethnical, rude, unmoral and corrupt
