I just got scammed by BidRack!!! The registration page is extremely busy and very deceptive. I thought I was registering for a FREE signon. I thought I was entering my credit card number for LATER purchases. They charged me $99 for some "bid package". I called them immediately and the girl on the phone would only repeat that they have a strict no-refund policy. I insisted to talk with someone else. She said there was no one else I could talk to and that she was the highest person there. Total BS!!! She eventually hung up on me after my repeated requests to speak to someone else. I called my credit card company and they said I have to wait until the charge posts to my account and then I can begin the dispute process. I went back to create another bogus signon to see if I got a different registration screen and I did! It was a little more clear. However, the one that I initially navigated to somehow or another was designed to be confusing. Of course I can't get back to it now. I also did NOT get any e-mail with a confirmation, acknowledgement, or receipt. Businesses that function like this are NO GOOD!!! Stay away from them!
