We went to the Sleep Outfitters in Morehead Kentucky, my husband and I have both suffered extensive physical injuries and needed a bed to support our broken bodies, and we decided on a dual support bed, as both of us had independent injuries him needing a firmer bed and mine needing a softer bed, anyway we ordered our bed and were told we had to pay for it then wait a week since it was a dual support plush top bed. The bed was delivered and I was the only one home, I asked the delivery men which side was the soft side and they quipped they did not know and it was not marked, they dropped the mattress and took off. Later I was trying to figure this out and noticed that neither side was the soft side, I called immediately and was told that this was the correct mattress. My husband came home and we placed another call and was told this was the correct mattress and since the plastic was removed basically to bad. My husband and I decided to wait a day or two as we were going out of town, he called the salesman back as our paperwork reflected that the salesman entered the wrong bed so we did get the bed he entered but it was the wrong bed. Needless to say I wake up every morning in tears and we are not wealthy, so this was an extremely horrible mistake. This company will not even listen to the problem and keep telling us we have the right bed... If there us anything else we can do please guide us...
