Did not honored Gas Rebates of $40

My wife mailed an Official $40 Gas Rebate Registration Form, Certificate Code GASIR400309, Certificate # 822064 on April 25. Terms and conditions states that may take 8-10 weeks. As of this date June 15. As promise my wife have not received the rebate.
