I have been stopping at Mcdonalds for the past 20 years for my morning breakfast. Recently I have moved and I use the Mcdonalds near my new house. The drive thru service here is getting worse and worse! Usually it will take on average of 10 to 15 minutes in the morning to go thru the drive thru. This morning I was waiting at the last window where you pick your order up for over a half hour! While I was waiting I could not help but notice how bad this store is run in the AM hours the people working are very disorganized and very very slow! Not only was I at the window for over a half hour but the cars behind me were wrapped around the building as were the line inside waiting at the register. My orders are wrong about 80% of the time I visit here, the drive thru speakers and light on the board to show you what your order is are almost never working. This is not an inter city Mcdonalds location and I expect better service and an acurate order. I know this letter will probably never make it to any ones ears that matter, and these issues will just get worse and worse. But I had to try to inform someone of the terrible service at this location. After over 20 years of doing business with Mcdonalds I think I will have to start looking for a new place to get my breakfast!
