Hello,
1. Sunday, around 4:30 pm, We just came back from McDonalds and today they was out of Diet Coke. They didn't tell any customers they were out, just took our money. I had to wait in line to get refund.
2. We was at same McDonalds last evening, they were out of Sweet Tea. They had 4 cars waiting in lot for Sweet Tea. One guy came out to the cars and said Sweet Tea will be done in 2 minutes. After 10 minutes, I went in to finally get Sweet Tea. No Sorry was said.
3. Last Friday night. We ordered a Smoothie. They took our money and told to pull up and wait. 4 other cars were waiting. After 15 minutes, I went inside (along with others waiting for Smoothies). They had forgotten us!!!
This McDonalds is located on Rampart Rd.in Shelbyville, In 46176. We live just down the road and have been to this McDonalds hundreds of times. Recently, seems like new people that have not been trained properly.
I stop by each morning (approx. 7:30 am) on my way to work and don't have any problems. I always order large Diet Coke and sausage sandwich.
This is my first time to complain on line, but wanted corporation to know these problems.
