I recently visited another rallys. A normal night for me and my family. We went through the drive thru at about 11:30 P.M. We drove up to the sign and started to order. My wife ordered a spicy chicken burger. I was about to order one and she said that was all of the strips. So I ordered a hot dog she then stated there was no more hot dogs for the night. So I replied " dont worry about it cancel that order". And drove off.
While passing the drive thru window a male was standing in the back ground he was showing us the finger and threw up 3rd ward (gang signs). So I parked my vehicle in the lane and walked to the walk up window. He opened it and i asked him if he had a problem. He then shut the window and locked it. I told him I wanted to talk to his manager.
I then hear her mouth off in the background. I am not talking to him. So I stand around the window for a few seconds all the while he is making faces and gestures at me. I then reply that I know the operations manager for rallys / Checkers drive thru. He tells me he does not give a F# Before he walked away I asked him to speak to the manager one more time.
5 Minutes of standing by the window she comes up. I ask if she was going to take action on that and why he is sticking the finger at rallys customers. She tells me he didnt stick the finger he threw up third ward. She was standing in the back how the hell did she see what he did. I just cant believe that rally / Checkers allows there employees to do this. Like a gang sign was much better than sticking me the finger. I cant believe rallys / checkers lets there management and workers do these things to customers.
I had a previous incident and rallys / checkers operations manager sent me four coupons for my trouble and the disrespect. What I cannot believe is that I was about to eat off of them same coupons. Well i can say i ripped those coupons up.
Good job Rallys / Checkers. I would like to hear your excuse for this one. The last one was becuase the regional manager was recently relieved. What will it be this time. I will take action on this one if Rallys / Checkers continues to employ this employee. Rallys / Checkers you have a serious employee problem here. Does this company ever spot check there service at there drive thru. Do they ever let employees go who acts like this. I will not be so quick to cancel my complaint this time.
Rallys / Checkers Your customers wants to see a change. They want to feel safe going thru your drive thru. Not be in fear of Want to be thugs. Throwing up gang signs. Next time legal action will be taken!
