I have been bidding for several years now on priceline and been very satisfied until recently. I went online to bid on a rental car for the very first time. I made an offer and it was denied so I tried again and was denied again. This is nothing new but I had no idea the bidding would continue without me and so I paid to repair my personal car and drive it but when I reached my destination I noticed my bank account balance had depleted much to my detriment. 500 $ had been taken out by priceline and I was completely unaware. When I called to see why they proceed to tell me that I had won a car and that a second charge was only held out due to a bid that had been rejected and it would b put back in. After 5 calls and many supervisors I discovered I had 2 cars I knew nothing about and a deplete bank account and actually overdrew my account. This company ruined my vacation and after so much time spent on the phone I got a consolation prize for 25$ off the next car rental. No thank u. I will tell everyone about this horrible business.
