Two weeks after I completed a shop for these people some joker called me up admitting that the questionnaire for the shopper did not ask the info he needed. It was missing the first page. He wanted to know my exact time in for a shop. I was not home and told him when I arrived back home I would give it to him and that I would not be home for a couple of days. He said nothing. As soon as I arrived home I not only gave him the exact time but emailed Bestmark a pic taken on my phone of one of the subject matters at issue. I then get an email stating that I was not going to get paid for the shop at all. I did this shop because I wanted to see for myself if the problems faced my many people who complained to me as an attorney were real (I have a forum for shoppers which is carefully monitored for privacy). Bestmark always comes up as a problem.

When I called the company I was removed from their list and treated very rudely. I could care less about being removed as I considerate slave labor (9.00 a shop) and their quality reviews are done two weeks after the shop which means they provide their clients very late info which is unusable. So, don't use Bestmark if you want timely data on employee performance and don't use them if you care about human rights abuses. Shoppers—shop at your own risk but I would not feed the belly of the beast. Stores—price isn't everything-go for quality, not the bottom dollar. Bestmark—we have not completed our business.
