Poor Customer Service

I had to cancel my home phone due to a lack of money. My home security system was linked to the phone, so for months, I have been paying for a service that I am not receiving. I have called a few rimes to try and work something out with the company, but all they try to do is extend my contract. I can't afford the fee to link the system to my cell phone, and if I did, it would extend contract by two years.

They are absolutely unwilling to work with customers. I would never recommend monotronics to anyone. I have tried countless times to have the problem rectified, but they ate only willing to charge more money for more equipment while also extending the length of the contract. They would rather have me pay the monthly installment, but if someone breakes into my house, they won't know and won't contact the authorities. What's the point of having the service then?
