I had called a number of best buy stores in my area to inquire about purchasing a specific IPAD2 and told they did not have it in store. I then called the Eden Pararie store and was told they had them in store. I specifically asked a few time if they had the specific model available, I spoke to the manager to verify the information was correct and told it was correct. I drove 15 miles to the store arriving there 20 minutes later, to my utter dismay I was told they had not had those ipads all day. All I received was a perfunctory "sorry". I think most reasonable people would consider this as extremely poor service and rude behavior. I have been a loyal customer of best buy, spending a great deal of my money there but I for sure will never set foot again at a best store.
