Unable to Activate my Magicjack

Dear Customer Service,

You charged me on 04/11 Charge Amount: $74.50 for five year rate. I have not been able to activate my Magicjack. Please advise me if how to activate my Magicjack and how to start using it? I look forward to receiving your advice.
