I ordered a tv anenna from them online in the early part of June. I called them the end of July and they said it wasn't going out until July 29th. I informed them I was moving the 1st of Aug. They never ask for my new address once.
I started calling in Aug and every couple of weeks there after requesting a refund. I spent more in phone calls then what the product cost. The last time the lady (Carolyn) said she would look into to my refund and call me back the next day. That was 3 months ago.
I reported them to the BBB in Canada since I found out that was where they were located, and never even heard from them. What can I do?
