My mother ordered 2 clocks from JD Marvel Products in June. She sent them a money order payment of $49.53. She later recieved a post card stating that her order was delayed and it would be shipped on Aug 16. She hasn't recieved her clocks yet! We tried searching for a customer service phone number on the internet when we came across number customer complaints about JD Marvel. We have written a letter to JD Marvel requesting a FULL REFUND. We are going to contact the State Attorney Generals Office within 7 days if we do not get a response from JD.
