Ripoff Ordered shoes July 27,03. Check cashed on Aug 8,03 but did not receive product and 3 months later have not heard from them

Ordered shoes from J.D. Marvel on July27 Sent a check for $21.95 which was cashed in August.. I have not received the merchandice and cannot get in touch with them.
