This group uses a "hard sell" tactics to get you to buy their computer support, and their service caused problems with my computer in that they have rendered my graphics card useless after spending literally days of time trying to resolve a virus issue.
After damaging my computer, I attempted to get a refund. I now have to take my system to a repair facility that will fix the damage they caused, and they continue to call in an attempt to extract fees from me.
This group uses dishonest tactics as they promised 100% satisfaction, which they seem not to honor as I have already spent countless hours trying to get a refund from this company. It will now cost me potentially hundreds of dollars to correct the damage they have caused which they seem to not take responsibility for.
These folks are trained to not take responsibility during telephone conversations, and instead will change the subject in order to reduce their liability.
Avoid this group at all costs as their pleasant telephone demeanor is a ruse to avoid liability.
