I wanted to add my complaint about this company. I urge anyone who sees this site to report WLI Reservation to the Better Business Bureau. I purchased some items via Buy.com and in January and just today I saw the 7.00 charge on my credit card. I asked them how they had authorization to charge my card - and they said that clicking on some rewards button gives them permission to USE the credit card I used previously at buy.com. They told me they would give me a refund. But this is a lesson learned.
Obviously, buy.com has some sort of security issue as well as WLI Reservation tricking customers into "signing up" for a membership. To clarify, I never clicked on any rewards button or agreed to anything. So I am not sure how they got my credit card. But they did say that they got it via Buy.com!!! Beware consumers!
I reported them to the Better Business Bureau at www.connecticut. BBB.org. I urge everyone to do the same thing.
