Opened an email and was NOT aware that I had created a memebership with Reservation Rewards, or that my credit card was being charged.
When I saw the charge on my credit card bill, called the 800 number provided to cancel membership and get a refund. Membership was cancelled, but was told no refundwould be processed, because there was no charge to credit card.
Woman on the phone just told me I was wrong; and I quote 'No one here will be sending you any credit'.
Tried calling the Company SR VP, Marty Isaac, he never answers his phone.
This is a highly suspect group of companies with very deceptive business practices.
Better Business Bureau currently has 100's of complaints with the same story line.
