Poor user support, impossible to sign back on

I had the misfortune of loosing my Mozy password and attempts to recover have gone unanswered. I am trying to discontinue the service and cannot access the site.

Apparently, to pursue cancellation, you need to first access account, which I cannot do,, to gain the info needed.

Numerous support requests have gone unanswered. Additionally, calling the support phone line puts you in a automated system that will not push to a live rep. All info needed is generated from the site. My next step is to contact my bank and block the monthly Mozy deduction.
