Mozilla.com Backups do not back up all files requested

I have been backing up my entire C drive with Mozy.com... However, they fragment the files, and not all the "current" files were backed up!

I don't understand how if a person backs up their entire "C" drive that current files are not backed up!

Last files backed up seem to be 2007!! What a rip off! To boot, all the data comes back in pieces, and no technician is able to piece them together!

Buyer beware!!
