You sold me a mower and an extended warranty without having a service provider in the area. It's been a week and this has not been resolved. I have a 3 acre lawn that keeps growing.
So far I've taken a half-day off of work waiting for a service provider to pick-up the mower, which never happened. When I contacted your warranty dept. I was told they were still looking for a service provider. So was the original pick-up a fabrication?
I spent another 2 hours on the phone getting the run-around today. But I was promised another call back in 24 hours after the work order is approved. Must be the standard line used.
