Since i switched my business phone to Verizon i've had nothing but problems. I called in mid April to request this transfer which i was told would happen on April 29. I was assured that my voicemail would be fine and gave me an appointment to transfer DSL to my new location. After April 29, i did not have voicemail for 10 days! Called several times and was given excuse after excuse.
I spoke with the supervisor who promised my voicemail would be activated between 30 min's and 48 hours. After many calls, my voicemail was working.
May 16, i was at my office waiting for the technicians and no one showed up. I called later to find out that such an order was never placed. After explaining my situation to the manager, he said that he would send someone. When he was leaving, i asked about my DSL. He said he does not do that and i have to call Verizon. Called on May 17, was told that could be serviced on Tuesday but someone would come on Wed by 5pm. I accepted and of course no one showed up. I called again and was transferred for 2 hours. I was finally transferred to a supervisor named Wade who was rude and disrespectful.in all of my years i have never spoken to any customer service rep as rude as him.
I still have no Internet access and only one phone works. I do not know when my problems will be solved. I have never had a company have so many incompetent people working for them. I will switch services as soon as i can.
