Marc Tow is a dishonest with all the company. They offer and promise that they will help you with the loan modification, only to make it complicated and long process that at the end you will loose you home anyway.
After the they can't do a "loan modification" they offer you to file a bankruptcy which is more money, they do not even know how to show up in the court. They send you a "lawyer" that he doesn't know anything about your case. The bankruptcy then failed, next they let sold your house and you know that because somebody knock at you door letting you know that your house has been sold.
