October Jack Petcol from the Loan Modification Network contacted me and said the company could help me stop my foreclosure on my home, by modifying my loan. He explained to me that their price was $995 I agreed to let them help me with my foreclosure. Jack explained to me that if they could not help me that I would get a refund. He also explained to me that I could pay in installments. They started taking money off my card November 14 $400 and I had not heard anything from this company at all. The second payment of $400 came off my card on December 12, and I still had not heard from this company about my file. Around December 27 I recieved a summons from civil court to show up in court to turn over possession. I contacted The Loan Modification Network to see if they were aware of this notice that I received. They knew nothing about it. The lawyer for this company Frank Luceri asked me to fax him a copy of the summons, I faxed the summons to him and did not hear from him at all. I called this company again around January 8. I was told that someone would call me back but never heard from any one until I called them. On January 9 I noticed that $150 was debited from my account, from this same company. And on January 26 there was $445 debited from my account. The Loan Modification Network never bothered to call and let me know that my home was sold and they continued to take money from my account like it was nothing. I had two days to move. This inconvienced me and my family. These people have been promising me a refund since Jan 31. I have been calling every day and I am told the same thing, that the money will be in my account, but nothing. I don't want anyone else to get suckered in by this company at all.
