My husband and I filed bankruptcy in july. We then received a letter from the mortgage company a month later that they wanted to foreclose on the house. We filed to save the house. Our loan was in the process of loan modification. We have tried calling the mortgage company to proceed with the loan modification and no one will talk to us or return our calls. If anyone knows of something we can do to save our house please let me know.
