I'm yet another victim of this scam marketing firm. They send surveys to complete... Sometimes VERY LENGTHY surveys. Points are 'rewarded'. Emails are received confirming the points rewarded. I finally think I have enough points to actually get something and find that I have ZERO points. I complained several times and received the following responses with results noted:
