I am a longtime member of ZoomPanel and have accumulated anumber of points so I can choose some rewards.
On January 5 I went on line to cash them in and to myamazement found that all but 25 points had been removed from my account, andspecifically it said that no rewards were cashed in, which of course was quitetrue. I had 4315 earned points.
I emailed you and got an automatic reply sometime later thatgave me back 200, not 4315. I have sinceemailed many times (some copies are enclosed) and have not received thecourtesy of any reply.
At this point, as I have said in my emails, I will notparticipate in any further emails until my earned points are re-instated. This is not the way to treat your faithfulparticipants and it is most discouraging that you won't even reply to me.
I hope that I do not have to take this request any further.
