On April 21st Zoompanel aka Markettools, ask me to do survey 100502865 for 500 points, which took about 30 minutes. I successfully completed the survey and answered all the questions that were asked. At the very end of the survey I got an error saying "unable to identify ID or URL". I only received 5 points for the survey. I immedentally contacted zoompanel about this issue. Since then I have emailed them 3 times about this issue all which have been ignored on there part. On the last email I sent them on May 12th, which would have been the 3rd attempt, I told them that if I did not receive the 500 points I would be reporting them to the BBB, usacomplaints.com and survey police forums about their refusing to issue me the points. Again the email was ignored again.
All I ask is that they honor there promise in the 500 points, which is equivalent to $5, for successfully completing the survey they asked me to do.
