I am an ex-employee of Castle Luxury Auto Shipping. My alias while at the company was Beth Stevens. My name as well as the name of the other employees are customarily changed by Lienne Paez. My report and complaint is two fold.
First, while an employee of Castle Luxury Auto Shipping I was strongly suggested, along with the other employees to falsify testimonials for a great transport job well done by Castle Luxury Auto Shipping which never existed. We where instructed by Lienne Paez (manager) and Susan Castillo (owner) to include the State of Florida as either the destination or delivery place, to keep the cost below a certain figure, to use home computers and not public, not to duplicate more then one review per computer as not to be detected by the management of Transport Review.com. I can attest clearly and precisely the positive testimonials found on the first page of Transport Review.com are falseand fabricated. Lienne Paez and Susan Castillo wanted to boost Castle Luxury Auto Shipping's image and shadow the real customers negative reviews from the first and front page as not to continue to lose business and sales.
I never participated in the scheme and have reported the practice to Transport Review.com for investigation and to Bill McCollum, Florida Attorney General at myfloridalegal.com.
This along other fradulent practices are common place at Castle Luxury Auto Shipping currently located at 16300 NE 19 Avenue Suite 211 North Miami Beach, Florida. Another example is how Lienne Paez is a master at changing her voice and insisting there are 52 employees at Castle Luxury Auto Shipping when we where and have never been more than 5.
Secondly, I worked for Castle Luxury Auto beginning on February 18. I was hired from an ad at employflorida.com. I was informed by both Lienne Paez and Susan Castillo they pay every two weeks and keep one two week pay period on deposit. Thus, working for one month with no pay. Everytime payday came there where sudden disappearances of both Lienne Paez and her business and life partner Susan Castillo. I refused to continue with the setup and all the other fradulent and misleading practice on a daily basis. Till this day I am currently owed two weeks of pay. They don't answer my calls and have refused to pay thus far. This company, Castle Luxury Auto Shipping, is totally fradulent and misleads the public seeking to transport their vehicles with low ball prices, empty promises amd made up excuses for their late or no shows. They pressure employees to do this or be fired.
My strong suggestion is, if you or a family memember seeks to transport a vehicle from one place to another is to do your research and go with a reputable company.
