These jokers sold us a Trane 20i top of the line A/C unit after our other unit became unrepairable. Only problem is they don't know how to service the unit. One day after getting the first yearly A/C tune-up, the A/C quit with the Comfortlink II thermostate giving error codes. Calls to Service America were frustrating to say the very least. After two calls per week because of A/C problems with their alleged Techs coming to the house (apparently they only come on Tuesdays and Fridays) with a myriad of excuses as to why they couldn't fix the unit, we were finally told to call Trane as the year old unit was under warranty. We've been asked for the manuals were were given when the unit was installed, told they don't know what the error codes are so it's the thermostate gone bad, to them just being totally incompetent. Steer clear of these folks. It's worth the money to call a real repair shop. BTW, they've refused to let us speak with a supervisor.
